The role involves leading the strategy and operation of collection channels, ensuring continuous performance improvement through monitoring key indicators and proposing structured improvement actions. Responsibilities also include optimizing the renegotiation journey, structuring area processes, and collaborating with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to evolve digital collection solutions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong analytical skills for reading performance indicators and experience managing results-oriented digital campaigns and external suppliers/partners. Knowledge of Office Suite and Salesforce tools is required, with familiarity in Consigned Credit Product flows being a differential.
