Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent command of the Portuguese language (written and verbal) with clarity and fluency, coupled with consolidated experience in direct customer relationship management focused on support and delight. Essential attributes include emotional intelligence for conflict mediation, resilience, strategic problem-solving focus, and the dynamic ability to handle multiple channels and tools simultaneously.
