Regional OT Cybersecurity Lead

Serve as the regional OT Cybersecurity subject matter expert for Syngenta's manufacturing sites across Latin America. Partner closely with plant managers, automation engineers, and operational teams to strengthen cybersecurity maturity within industrial environments. Implement and support global OT Cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring consistency across multiple sites and business units. Translate global cybersecurity policies and standards into practical and effective solutions for manufacturing operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) support roles, including OT Cybersecurity. Strong knowledge of IT and OT network protocols, vulnerability assessment, and secure network architecture. Proficiency in security technologies and common operating systems in OT environments.
