What You'll Do
Handle start of day and end of day production support. Manage the incident lifecycle including detection, logging, impact assessment, communication, and closure. Document procedures, deployment steps, runbooks, and incident resolutions. Provide functional support to the Order Management system and implement disaster recovery and backup plans.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the Banking Domain (Investment Banking). Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix platforms and experience with SQL queries. Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Shell, Perl, or Python) and experience in managing CI/CD pipelines.
