Senior HRBP

Build strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders to co-create people strategies that drive performance and engagement. Act as a trusted advisor on talent development, performance management, and organizational design. Lead HR initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to implementation, in collaboration with various HR functions. Coach and influence leaders to adopt new practices and navigate difficult people situations.

Experience as an HR generalist/HRBP with exposure to at least three of the following: talent development, performance management, organizational design, culture, compensation, people operations, or talent acquisition. Proven senior stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
