Support analysts by conducting meetings and presentations with aggregators, carriers, and partner areas for alignment and activity traction. Collect, interpret, analyze, and compile data related to processes, losses, damages, and inconsistencies, conducting investigations to identify fraud and operational errors. Audit and study security and operational processes, mapping improvement opportunities and implementing changes to correct vulnerabilities.

Bachelor's degree and experience in logistics operations, transportation, processes, and auditing, including data manipulation and indicator development. Technical knowledge of BI, intermediate or advanced skills in Office suite, and preferably proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. Experience in processes, auditing, data analysis, and fraud identification is required.
