The Bookkeeper will support the US Accounting team by performing essential data entry for accounts payable and receivable, allocating cash payments, and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations across multiple accounts. Key duties also involve maintaining proper documentation, processing daily customer refunds, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess qualifications in Accounting or Finance, along with at least two years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting platforms like QuickBooks or Xero, and a good understanding of U.S. GAAP are highly advantageous for this role.
