Senior Service Representative, Lending Services

Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships. Prepare and execute intricate security and Business Banking documents to meet the Bank’s policies. Respond promptly to service inquiries and resolve day-to-day servicing issues with managerial direction as required.

Post-Secondary Education and a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Financial Services. Fluency in English (written & verbal) and working knowledge of Commercial and Small Business lending products. Proven customer service skills and thorough knowledge of the Bank’s transactional services.
