Master the bimodal operational flow (UTR and OTR) by understanding internal site processes and route operations. Analyze core Last Mile KPIs such as Delivery Success and Delay to correct deviations. Mentor and develop operational middle management, providing constructive feedback and standardizing practices.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years in last mile logistics operations, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, preferably with SQL knowledge. Must have the ability to make critical decisions under high pressure.
