BitsoCore Responsibilities
The Specialist will lead end-to-end investigations and monitoring of complex fraud cases across all Bitso Business markets, coordinating cross-functionally to manage fraud reporting obligations and preparing executive summaries of significant fraud events and trends. They will also monitor, analyze, and optimize key fraud performance metrics while proactively recommending enhancements to prevention strategies and controls.
Requirements
Candidates must have professional fluency in both Spanish and English, along with over 3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, or investigations within the FinTech or payments industry, specifically managing fraud risk for corporate clients. A strong data-driven mindset and the ability to make high-stakes decisions during active fraud attacks are essential.
