What You'll Do
Provide customer service at check-in, boarding, and disembarkation counters. Offer information about flights, schedules, and Azul services. Execute boarding and disembarkation procedures, including document and ticket checks. Assist customers with special needs to ensure inclusive service.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required; higher education in progress or completed is desirable. Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is a plus. Basic knowledge of computer systems and customer service software. Basic English skills are desirable.
