Conduct and participate in negotiations of extrajudicial agreements in critical and complex cases. Act as a technical and strategic reference for the team. Map, analyze, and report results to support the definition of area strategies. Create, monitor, and analyze management indicators (KPIs/OKRs). Prepare and present executive materials.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Solid experience in conflict negotiation and agreements. Experience with complex cases requiring critical analysis and decision-making. Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
