Lead project delivery end to end, ensuring clear governance and stakeholder communication. Guide the design and delivery of AI systems, including RAG systems and LLM-powered solutions. Mentor engineers on AI system design and production deployment practices. Build scalable inference infrastructure and automate the MLOps lifecycle.

5+ years of experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments. Expert proficiency in Python and strong Git practices. Solid cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a preference for Azure. Proven MLOps/LLMOps track record using tools like MLflow or Weights and Biases.
