Conduct active and qualified prospecting of new members, strengthening the presence of Sicredi in the region. Act as a financial consultant, offering complete and personalized solutions aligned with the needs of individual members. Manage and develop the member portfolio with a strategic vision and focus on long-term relationships.

Experience as a Business Manager for individuals or in customer service. Background in external prospecting and consultative roles. Completed Technical and/or Higher Education. Anbima certification (C-Pro R or higher). Reside or have easy access to the Sarzedo/MG region.

Competitive salary compatible with the market, plus guaranteed 14th and 15th salaries as per collective agreement. Participation in results - up to 8 times your salary (according to internal policy, once a year). Health and dental insurance for you, spouse, and children.
