What You'll Do
Execute the UX/UI design process for assigned initiatives, coordinating research, design, validation, and measurement activities. Design user flows, information architectures, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes while ensuring usability and accessibility. Facilitate ideation and alignment sessions with stakeholders and the product team to ensure design consistency and alignment with product goals.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Graphic Design, or related fields. Solid experience in UX and UI design, with autonomous execution of user research and validation. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and methodologies like Design Thinking.
