Assistente de Operações - BackOffice Consignado

Attend to and clearly register customer demands related to consignado loans. Understand customer needs to propose personalized and effective solutions. Monitor internal consignado processes and ensure timely resolution of demands. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actions to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience in customer service, preferably in consignado, Reclame Aqui, and/or regulatory channels. Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
