Attend to the needs of business associates and identify suitable financial solutions. Manage and develop a portfolio of business associates, conducting external visits to strengthen relationships. Maintain updated records of associates and prospect for new ones while controlling the collection of operations.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in customer service, preferably in financial institutions. Knowledge of financial products and services. Strong communication skills and a focus on customer needs. C-PRO R certification is a plus.
