Senior Business Analyst

Own the end-to-end requirements process: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability across POC, MVP, and full-launch phases. Translate business requirements into structured, engineering-ready artefacts: use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and service-level specifications. Facilitate and document discovery sessions, refinement workshops, and stakeholder reviews across functional areas.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on software delivery projects, ideally in agile/scrum environments. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured, developer-ready requirements. Experience maintaining requirements traceability across tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
