Provide first-level support to high-net-worth clients via chat, email, voice, and WhatsApp while offering relevant financial products. Contribute to process improvements and resolve operational issues to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in customer service and be currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, law, or related fields. Possession of a CPA-10 certification is considered a desirable qualification.
