Act as the main contact point for the outsourced operation in Curitiba, leading alignment with the supervisor and analysts, while ensuring excellence and fluidity in the exclusive support channel for photographers to resolve operational issues. Ensure high performance of the third-party team by meeting quality standards and training schedules, and optimize support by identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be hands-on, highly autonomous, proactive in problem-solving, and possess strong communication skills for various stakeholders. A quick learning ability regarding end-to-end photo operation processes and proficiency in Office/Google Workspace tools are essential.
