Consultor(a) - Gestão contratual de Engenharia

Act strategically and technically in the management of engineering contracts, focusing on prevention, analysis, and resolution of claims and disputes throughout the capital project lifecycle. Analyze contracts critically, identify contractual risks, and recommend preventive and corrective measures. Support negotiation and resolution of disputes, including mediations and arbitrations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Solid experience in large capital projects, working in major construction companies or specialized consultancies. Advanced knowledge of Excel and intermediate English proficiency. Availability to reside in Araxá and travel as needed.
