Structure and lead the governance framework and cadence for strategic initiatives in the C&E Business, ensuring cross-functional alignment and executive visibility. Actively collaborate with stakeholders to shape and co-create robust business cases, assessing opportunities, risks, and underlying assumptions. Map multi-functional dependencies and operational bottlenecks, acting as a strategic facilitator to resolve friction and accelerate impact.

Solid experience in leading/governing strategic projects, transformation PMOs, or Transformation Offices. A hybrid profile combining strong project management, governance, and change management skills with strategic mindset and business acumen. Excellent analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities to interpret business metrics and evaluate impacts.

Our team operates in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-person collaboration at our São Paulo office once a week.
