Organize the Operational Capacity Planning on a weekly basis, focusing on last mile logistics and interfacing with internal stakeholders and partner carriers. Act as the focal point for each directorate to ensure regional priorities align with Key Accounts negotiations. Identify opportunities within planning to generate actions that enhance delivery capacity. Collaborate with the team to develop data-driven solutions, reports, and analyses to optimize logistics processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics and transportation with a focus on operational problem-solving, capacity optimization, and data analysis. Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of Google tools and solid experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
