Senior Product Design Engineer

Collaborate with team members to identify and solve problems across current product offerings. Lead impactful projects from ideation to execution, assessing vague problems and proposing high-impact solutions. Work directly in the codebase with front-end engineers to ensure design execution meets quality standards.

7+ years of experience in product design and/or design engineering roles, including 2+ years in senior-level positions. Proficiency in prototyping in code to a production standard and experience defining requirements for design and engineering workflows. Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects of varying complexity.

Annual compensation of $178,500 USD and stock options. Flexible work arrangement with an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States.
