Medicare Sales Manager (Remote – Latin America / Dominican Republic) Company: Davis Capital & Insurance Corp Location: Remote – Latin America & Dominican Republic (US-based team, work-from-home) Employment Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor/Remote Staff Compensation: $10.00/hour (USD) + Performance Bonus Reports To: Director of HR / CEO Who We Are Davis Capital & Insurance Corp is a U.S.-based insurance agency built around Medicare Advantage (MA), D-SNP, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and ancillary health products. We move fast, we sell smart, and we take compliance as seriously as we take our commissions. We're growing our team of Medicare agents — and we need a Sales Manager who can lead the charge. Our Culture (a.k.a. Why We're Not Boring) We're a high-performance team that actually likes coming to work. Here's what that looks like day to day: We own it. No excuses, no finger-pointing — just people who solve problems and move on. We say what we mean. Direct, honest feedback. If something's off, you'll hear it (kindly, but clearly). We play it straight. In Medicare, doing things by the book isn't a suggestion — it's the whole game. We take that seriously so our agents and clients never have to worry. We coach, we don't hover. Good managers build good agents. We trust you to lead, not babysit. We stay cool under pressure. Deadlines, volume spikes, curveballs — we handle it all with a steady hand (and maybe a little humor). We celebrate wins. Hit your numbers, and we notice. Loudly. If you want a job where the standards are high but so is the camaraderie, keep reading. The Role As Medicare Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Medicare sales agents — coaching them, holding them accountable, and helping them hit their numbers, all while keeping everything squarely within CMS and carrier compliance guidelines. You'll be the connective tissue between your agents on the ground and U.S. leadership, translating strategy into daily execution. What You'll Actually Be Doing Running the day-to-day for a team of Medicare agents — attendance, activity, production, the works Leading daily huddles, call reviews, and coaching sessions that actually move close rates Tracking and reporting KPIs (call volume, conversion, retention, chargebacks) to leadership — no guesswork, just numbers Keeping every agent's activity squarely within CMS and carrier compliance rules — and escalating anything questionable immediately (never self-resolving compliance issues) Onboarding new agents and getting them ramp-ready Spotting underperformance early and building real improvement plans — not just hoping it fixes itself Teaming up with Training, Onboarding, and Accounting on agent readiness, licensing, and commission issues Keeping your CRM and dashboards clean and current Sending leadership a weekly rundown — wins, risks, and anything that needs eyes on it What You Need to Bring Non-negotiable: hands-on Medicare sales experience and a solid working knowledge of Medicare regulations (CMS guidelines, marketing/compliance rules). This one's a must — no exceptions. Experience managing or supervising a sales team (insurance or call center background is a big plus) Strong English communication skills, written and spoken Comfort with CRM tools, dashboards, and remote platforms (Zoom, Slack, Airtable, etc.) Reliable internet and a quiet space to work Availability during U.S. business hours (exact shift confirmed at offer) An eye for detail and genuine respect for a compliance-first environment What You'll Get $10.00/hour (USD), paid on a regular schedule Performance-based bonus tied to team production and retention (full structure shared at offer stage) A real path to senior management as our book of business grows A team that works hard, laughs often, and actually has your back How to Apply Please send us your resume/CV!!
