Define and evolve the architecture of transactional products aimed at Latam expansion, ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience. Participate in the entire project lifecycle from technical conception to production delivery. Lead technical squads, guiding best engineering practices and architectural standards. Collaborate closely with business, product, and IT teams to translate local requirements into robust technical solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in distributed systems architecture and scalable solution design. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns). Experience with AWS cloud services: EKS, SQS, SNS, S3, Secrets Manager, API Gateway, and Lambda.

The position is 100% on-site at the office in Faria Lima, São Paulo. Candidates must have intermediate or advanced Spanish skills, as frequent communication in Spanish is required. There is a need for international travel and potential relocation to one of the Latin American countries where BTG Pactual operates.
