Software Technical Leader - SRE Eventos

Lead the technical operation of high-traffic events, ensuring operational readiness and continuous reliability improvements. Connect marketing, engineering, and infrastructure teams by translating business needs into clear technical requirements. Drive strategic resilience initiatives to reduce downtimes and manage technical incident responses.

Solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or equivalent technical roles with at least two years in technical leadership or critical initiative management. Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and container orchestration with Kubernetes. Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python, and experience with version control tools like GitHub.
