Requirements
Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of the Reclame Aqui portal, including experience with public responses and service metrics, alongside prior multi-channel customer service experience via phone (mandatory), email, and WhatsApp. A university degree (complete or in progress) is required, and the role demands availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
