Support the monitoring of customer demands and supply routines. Update service level controls and reports under team guidance. Check order, delivery, and return data for inconsistencies. Assist in analyzing OSA, OFF, OTIF, OTD, and O2D metrics, identifying deviations for evaluation.
What We're Looking For
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ability to work with data and controls. Academic experience, internship, or initial experience in related activities is a plus. Willingness to learn about SAP, Power BI, and service level indicators.
