Core Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new, upselling business revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-impact opportunities with enterprise customers. This involves owning the entire sales cycle, understanding customer needs to position Twilio's platform, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions.

Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or cloud communications, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing multi-million dollar deals. Required qualifications also include strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing complex sales cycles using CRM tools.
