Monitor, analyze and report performance indicators (KPIs) of the operation. Identify opportunities for improvement, productivity, efficiency, and quality. Conduct data analyses to support strategic and operational decisions. Lead or support transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in performance management and results tracking. Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and programming languages for data analysis (Python, SQL, R). Advanced English and intermediate or advanced Spanish.
