Design and evolve the conversation flows of Lucy, our commercial AI agent, to identify purchase intent and lead potential. Plan and conduct A/B tests for new flows and questions, using control groups to inform production decisions. Monitor funnel qualification indicators daily, ensuring leads reach the CRM with structured data and identified purchase intent.

Proven experience with AI, particularly Claude Code, for internal data analysis product development. Strong business and strategic vision to guide initiatives with product and engineering teams. Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and BI tools like Amplitude or Looker.
