Welcome and assist members and potential members, providing a positive experience and strengthening relationships with the cooperative. Identify business opportunities during in-person interactions, understanding members' needs and directing them to suitable financial solutions. Support the agency's business generation through consultative approaches, product presentations, and forwarding opportunities to business managers.

Higher education completed or in progress; candidates with completed high school and willingness to pursue higher education are also eligible. Reside in Campo Mourão/PR. Availability to work rotating schedules, including weekends. Experience in public service, sales, prospecting, or commercial areas.

The selected candidate will be registered by a partner company of Sicredi for an indefinite period in the role. Fixed remuneration and a food allowance of R$900.00.
