The Leasing Consultant will serve as the first point of contact, managing inbound leasing activity, responding to inquiries, and scheduling property tours for multifamily portfolios in Chicago and South Florida. Key duties include driving occupancy, supporting renewals, and maintaining accurate records within the AppFolio CRM.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish and possess experience using AppFolio or similar property management CRM systems. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to work independently while handling high call volumes.
