Associate Design Director

Establish visual direction and design strategy for major healthcare campaigns, developing design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across executions. Lead design teams in translating strategic concepts and creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual solutions across print, digital, and experiential. Mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and maintain design quality standards while balancing creative ambition with healthcare brand constraints.

7–10 years of graphic design or digital design experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies with demonstrated leadership. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Portfolio demonstrating ability to establish visual direction, lead design teams, and deliver integrated creative across multiple channels.

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $140,000 - $160,000 per year. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
