Core Responsibilities

The Onboarding Specialist manages the initial relationship with new customers, ensuring successful account activation, product adoption, and value realization. They act as the primary point of contact to guide Pros through their early lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally to drive retention and growth.

Requirements

Candidates must have 1-3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or sales, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English and the ability to work the specified shift of Monday through Friday, 11am-8pm PST, are required.
