Provide support to resolve customer inquiries regarding AWS cloud services. Analyze and present periodic operational performance reviews to clients, including detailed analyses of service interruptions and pre-launch planning. Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy, reducing costs and complexity while fostering trust-based relationships with clients.

Practical experience with operational parameters and problem-solving in two of the following areas: Infrastructure/System Administration/Networking/DevOps/Compute/Storage/Database/Big Data and Analytics/Application-level services/Serverless/Application development in a distributed systems environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
