The L1 Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring support queues, triaging incoming tickets, and resolving documented issues using knowledge base articles. They also provide user guidance, escalate complex issues to L2, and maintain documentation within ServiceNow.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in IT or application support with proficiency in ServiceNow, SQL basics, and Linux log reading. Strong written English skills and the ability to follow structured problem-solving processes are required.
