BRA Data Scientist III | Customer Interaction

Lead the technical development of machine learning models applied to Customer Interactions. Define analytical approaches for complex business problems and develop, validate, and monitor predictive models and decision strategies. Guide junior data scientists in best practices for modeling, analysis, and communication.

Solid experience in data science, statistical modeling, or machine learning applied to business. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation at scale. Experience with PySpark, Databricks, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of statistics, model validation, performance evaluation, and analytical design.
