Core Responsibilities

The main objective is to attend to clients, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with established service levels and standards for services, primarily related to escalated claims and KPI fulfillment. This involves managing claims, coordinating with central areas, and participating in training to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably studying Accounting, and possess intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas. Desirable experience includes work in the Health insurance sector, along with knowledge of SGMM and fiscal accounting.
