Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing new user acquisition campaigns and overseeing the strategic budget for the Performance Marketing team. The manager will analyze the acquisition funnel and optimize various digital channels including PPC, Social Media, and SEM to drive conversions.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience in performance marketing and user acquisition within B2C environments. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing is required, along with advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and data visualization tools.
