Mid-level N2 Support Analyst I Sustentação de Sistemas de Segurança

Support the maintenance, administration, and evolution of security systems for institutional security. Analyze and resolve incidents and demands, ensuring system availability and reliability. Perform configurations and monitor integrations between physical security systems and corporate applications.

Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases, including SQL queries. Familiarity with JBoss environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in working with critical corporate systems related to institutional security.

Presence in the office in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
