Act as the focal point for the area with other departments such as S&OP and Operational Excellence. Develop the team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in team leadership. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office and AI. Strong knowledge in continuous improvement, operations, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning.
