ITAD Operations Associate (finance-focused)

Ingest settlement and revenue reports from resale and recycling partners, turning messy vendor data into clean records. Reconcile ITAD revenue against actual bank deposits and investigate unmatched records. Own financial reporting for the ITAD program, producing executive-ready summaries for leadership.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including lookups and pivots. Demonstrated experience in finding and resolving discrepancies.
