Convert the future operational model into processes, roles, and routines for immediate execution. Detail the contractual lifecycle flows post-signature and define responsibilities for each activity, including approval thresholds and control points. Review existing flows and write procedures to replace current practices, while defining performance indicators and establishing monitoring forums.

Completed implementation of an operational model. Experience in management consulting or equivalent internal position, with at least one full implementation cycle delivered. Knowledge of the contractual lifecycle post-signature, including measurements, adjustments, and terminations. Experience in process redesign and stakeholder mapping.
