What You'll Do
Design and implement innovative retention strategies to enhance user experience and loyalty at Cabify. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute campaigns that drive audience growth and strengthen brand positioning. Analyze and optimize conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to increase rides and improve performance at each stage of the process.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in tech companies or dynamic work environments. Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of SQL is desirable.
