Staff Engineer – Issuing

You will design and build high-performance services to authorize, process, and reconcile financial transactions in real time. You will also own critical paths in the issuing flow and drive architectural decisions across engineering teams.
Requirements
The role requires strong experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and fault tolerance, along with a willingness to work deeply with Rust. A background in high-reliability systems such as fintech or infrastructure is highly preferred.
