Legal Management Discipline Associate - Ssjj y Secretaría General- Bbva Fiduciaria

Provide legal advice in the structuring, execution, and administration of fiduciary businesses. Draft and review contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with fiduciary, financial, and corporate regulations in Colombia. Support the identification and management of legal risks and monitor regulatory changes.

Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Financial, Fiduciary, Commercial Law or related areas. Minimum 2 years of experience in legal advisory within the financial sector, preferably in fiduciary companies or legal departments of banking entities. Knowledge of Colombian fiduciary legislation and applicable financial sector regulations.
