Core Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will facilitate the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, including managing job postings, coordinating screening and interviewing logistics, tracking progress in ATS, and managing pre-hire checks. Specific duties involve providing QA for job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating status updates to all involved parties.

Requirements

Candidates must have a working understanding of talent acquisition/human resource principles and excellent organizational and communication skills, functioning well in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred, and 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination is preferred.
