TC Lab Coordinator

Act as the technical expert within the TC Initiations team, providing direction on methods, research on technologies and culture media, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate and execute day-to-day tissue culture operations across initiation to deliver planned output, quality, and timing. Lead the development and continuous improvement of tissue culture protocols by collaborating with technicians and stakeholders to design and run trials.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level demonstrated through relevant experience. Hands-on experience with tissue culture material handling in a production and/or R&D lab environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good level of English verbal and written.
